How does the chatbot learn about my business?+

You add documents (PDF, DOCX, CSV, TXT or Markdown) and website pages. BizChat indexes that content and uses it to answer questions, citing the sources it used.

Do you use my content to train AI models?+

No. We don't use your content to train AI models. It is sent to the AI provider you choose only to answer questions.

Can I use BizChat on my own website and domain?+

Yes. Add one script tag to any website you control. You can also lock the widget to your allowed domains so it only runs where you want it.

What happens when I reach my monthly AI reply limit?+

The bot stops replying until your allowance resets next month, or until you upgrade to a plan with a higher limit.

Can a real person take over a conversation?+

Yes. Visitors can ask for a human, and your team replies from the shared inbox in the dashboard. Live chat handoff is included on every plan.

Which AI models can I use?+

Claude Haiku 5.5, Claude Sonnet 5.5, Claude Opus 5.5, GPT-4o mini, GPT-4.1 mini and GPT-4.1. Which ones are available depends on your plan. On Business you can also bring your own OpenAI or Anthropic key.

Do I need to know how to code?+

No. Everything is set up in the dashboard, and adding the widget is a copy and paste. The API and webhooks are there if you want to go further.

Is there a free plan? Can I cancel?+

Yes. The Free plan includes 1 chatbot and 100 AI replies a month, with no card required. Paid plans can be cancelled at any time from your billing settings.

How do I pay?+

By card through Stripe, or through PayHere if you are in Sri Lanka. Prices are in US dollars, and yearly billing costs the same as 10 months.
