Is there a free trial of the paid plans?

There is no trial of paid plans. Instead, the Free plan lets you build and test a chatbot on your own content for as long as you like, with no card required.

What counts as an AI reply?

Each answer the chatbot writes counts as one AI reply. Messages your team sends from the inbox during a handoff are not AI replies.

What happens if I hit my monthly limit?

The bot stops replying until your allowance resets at the start of next month, or until you upgrade.

How can I pay?

By card through Stripe, or through PayHere if you are in Sri Lanka. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings.
